Privacy policy
Effective September 26, 2026. 864 and KDK Card Suite are operated by KDK Gaming. Contact bruinsya@gmail.com about privacy, support, or account deletion.
Information we use
When you register, we store your username, display name, a salted password hash, a hash of your recovery code, and account sessions. We do not collect an account email. We also store friend requests and friendships, private table invitations, cosmetic ownership and equipped items, season progress and game statistics. Accepted friends can send you in-game invitations; invitations expire after 24 hours. Anyone with a private table link can join an open seat, so share links only with intended players. We store game type, state and results, 864 skill ratings, coin balances, coin activity, and player reports and blocks. New suite games are free and unranked; their practice points do not change wallets. Display names and ranked results appear to other players; opponents cannot see your unplayed cards.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser stores your last display name and table code to help you reconnect. The server temporarily counts requests by network address to limit abuse. Azure hosting may retain operational and access logs under its service configuration.
Purpose and service providers
We use this information to run tables, restore games, secure accounts, calculate ratings and coin results, and investigate abuse. The game is hosted with Microsoft Azure. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers in the game.
The optional kitchen radio connects to Spotify only when you open it. Spotify receives your network information and may use cookies or require its own sign-in. Its service and privacy terms apply. No music recordings are hosted by KDK Gaming.
Optional kitchen experiences
We store your avatar choices and your own decision notes for private strategy reviews (up to four recent rounds per table). Live advice is available only in solo practice. This is built-in strategy software; KDK does not send your cards to an external AI service. Voice controls are opt-in: your browser may send audio to its speech recognition provider. KDK does not store microphone recordings or transcripts; only a move you confirm is sent to the game. Optional voice reactions use your device/browser speech service. AR requests camera and spatial tracking access on compatible devices. KDK does not receive or store camera imagery or spatial maps.
Hosts may enable a spectator link with a minimum 30-second delay. The feed contains names, avatars, scores and publicly played cards, never hidden hands. Anyone with the link can watch unless blocked. Closing a broadcast revokes its link and deletes its frames. Spectator reactions are kept out of player views. Completed-match highlights require every human player's permission. Revoking permission closes the link; already downloaded or copied files cannot be recalled.
Crew members see shared decorations, game-night notices and recorded shared scores. Members can edit decorations; the owner can invite accepted friends. An optional practice card twin collects aggregate card-strength preferences and bids only after you enable it. It is an approximate built-in statistical model. Accepted friends may challenge it; their names and final scores are included in your recap. Disabling it deletes the model and your stored twin recaps. No wagers or ranking changes occur in twin challenges.
Retention and deletion
Account access remains until you delete your account. Sessions expire after 30 days. Inactive casual, cancelled, and settled tables are eligible for deletion after seven days. Active competitive tables remain until resolved. You can delete your account under Account → Delete account after finishing or cancelling your competitive table. This also removes avatar settings, your decision notes, twin learning and recaps, crew memberships and owned kitchens, and revokes your highlight and spectator links. Shared match-wall records involving your stored tables are removed. This removes friendships, invitations, cosmetic and season records, personal statistics, sign-in credentials and sessions and replaces your name in stored player and game records with “Deleted player.” Anonymized game, rating and coin records remain for integrity checks. Reports may be retained for abuse investigations.
For help deleting an account or other privacy requests, email bruinsya@gmail.com with your username. Never email your password or recovery code. We may need to verify account ownership.
Age and purchases
Accounts and competitive coin play are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. Coin packs, VIP, paid cosmetics and season-pass purchases are disabled in this release, so the game collects no payment information. Rewarded ads are not connected or shown. Their displayed benefits and prices preview planned products.
Changes
We will update this page when the service or these practices change. This policy applies to the current web release; future mobile or payment features will require updated disclosures.
